  3. Must have completed CITB Health, Safety and Environment Manager and Professional Test within 2 years.
  4. The card is valid for 5 years.
  5. You can renew this card once expired or 6 months before expiry date.
  6. Should be of 16 years or over.
  7. You must not possess or carry other CSCS Cards.
  8. Red Provisional Card is Valid for 6 months.
  9. This card can’t be renewed again.
